except: remove dwarf2out.h dependency
When thinking about the CTF debug patchset dwarf2out.h split, I noticed that
except.c only needs macros from dwarf2.h, nothing from dwarf2out.h.
gcc/ChangeLog:
* except.c: #include "dwarf2.h" instead of "dwarf2out.h".
