Simplify the clause that sets the length attribute.
(*call_value_indirect_nonlocal_sysv<mode>): Likewise.
(*sibcall_nonlocal_sysv<mode>): Clean up code block; simplify the
clause that sets the length attribute.
(*sibcall_value_nonlocal_sysv<mode>): Likewise.
