h8300.md (movqi_internal): Remove useless alternative(s).
* h8300.md (movqi_internal): Remove useless alternative(s). Fix
lengths and simplify by reordering remaining alternatives.
(movestrictqi, movhi_internal, movstricthi): Likewise.
(movsi_h8300h, movsf_h8300h): Likewise.
