* make.adb: Implement -margs, remove restriction about file name placement.
* makeusg.adb: Documentation update.
* Makefile.in (TOOLS_FLAGS_TO_PASS): Add VPATH=$(fsrcdir).
* Makefile.in (gnattools3): Comment out, gnatmem does not build without libaddr2line.
