inclhack.def (avoid_bool): Enable match if typedefs are prepended by spaces.
* fixinc/inclhack.def (avoid_bool): Enable match if typedefs are
prepended by spaces.
(sco5_stat_wrappers): New fix. Make sys/stat.h C++ safe.
* fixinc/fixincl.sh, fixinc/fixincl.x, fixinc/inclhack.sh: Rebuilt.
