com.h: Remove FFECOM_targetCURRENT...
* com.h: Remove FFECOM_targetCURRENT, FFECOM_ONEPASS, BUILT_FOR_270, BUILT_FOR_280, FFECOM_GCC_INCLUDE, all derivitive defines, and all related conditional compilation directives. * bad.c, bld.c, bld.h, com.c, equiv.c, equiv.h, global.h, intdoc.c, intrin.c, intrin.h, lex.c, parse.c, sta.c, std.c, ste.c, ste.h, stt.c, stt.h, stw.h, symbol.c, symbol.h, target.h, top.c: Likewise.
