proj.h (FFEPROJ_BSEARCH): Delete all references.
* proj.h (FFEPROJ_BSEARCH): Delete all references.
(FFEPROJ_STRTOUL): Likewise.
* proj.c (bsearch): Compile this if no bsearch is provided by the
host system.
(strtoul): Similarly.
