	* com.c (ffecom_arg_ptr_to_expr): Remove
	PASS_HOLLERITH_BY_DESCRIPTOR dependend code.
	(ffecom_const_expr): Remove usage of NEWCOMMON.
	(ffecom_expand_let_stmt): Remove MOVE_EXPR.
