Fix AIX build problem when IBM cc is used.
* acconfig.h (NEED_DECLARATION_CALLOC): Add.
* configure.in: Add GCC_NEED_DECLARATION call for calloc.
* rs6000/xm-rs6000.h (malloc, realloc, calloc, free): Delete
declarations.
* config.in, configure: Regenerate.
