mips.h (REGISTER_MOVE_COST): Remove redundant case for moving from HI/LO/HI_LO_REG.
* config/mips/mips.h (REGISTER_MOVE_COST): Remove redundant
case for moving from HI/LO/HI_LO_REG. This makes the behavior
match the comment for MIPS16.
