Adjust testcase gcc.target/i386/part-vect-copysignhf.c.
After vect_early_break is supported, more vectorization is enabled(3
COPYSIGN), so adjust testcase for that.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gcc.target/i386/part-vect-copysignhf.c: Remove
-ftree-vectorize from dg-options.
