* expmed.c (SLOW_UNALIGNED_ACCESS): Remove default definition.
* expr.c (SLOW_UNALIGNED_ACCESS): Likewise.
* lra-constraints.c (SLOW_UNALIGNED_ACCESS): Likewise.
(simplify_operand_subreg): Don't check STRICT_ALIGNMENT here.
