alias.c, [...]: Replace calls via (*targetm.foo) () with targetm.foo ().

sched-vis.c, simplify-rtx.c, stor-layout.c, tree.c, varasm.c,
vmsdbgout.c: Replace calls via (*targetm.foo) () with
targetm.foo ().
