dwarf2out.c (modified_type_die): Do not call type_main_variant for vectors.

* dwarf2out.c (modified_type_die): Do not call type_main_variant
for vectors.
(gen_type_die): Same.
* attribs.c (handle_vector_size_attribute): Set debug information.
