s390: Fix output template for movv1qi
Although for instructions MVI and MVIY it does not make a difference
whether the immediate is interpreted as signed or unsigned, GAS expects
unsigned immediates for instruction format SI_URD.
gcc/ChangeLog:
* config/s390/vector.md (mov<mode>): Fix output template for
movv1qi.
