AArch64: Set instruction attribute of TST to logics_imm
As suggested in
https://gcc.gnu.org/pipermail/gcc-patches/2024-July/658249.html,
this patch changes the instruction attribute of "*and<mode>_compare0" (TST) from
alus_imm to logics_imm.
The patch was bootstrapped and regtested on aarch64-linux-gnu, no regression.
OK for mainline?
