Avoid magic numbers when writing CodeView padding
Adds names for the padding magic numbers to enum cv_leaf_type.
gcc/
* dwarf2codeview.cc (enum cv_leaf_type): Add padding constants.
(write_cv_padding): Use names for padding constants.
