i386.opt: Add msse2avx.

* config/i386/i386.opt: Add msse2avx.
* config/i386/linux.h (ASM_SPEC): New. Support -msse2avx.
* config/i386/linux64.h (ASM_SPEC): Likewise.
* doc/invoke.texi: Document -msse2avx.
