* dfp.h, dfp.c, config/dfp-bit.h, config/dfp-bit.c, real.h,
real.c: Remove references to IEEE 754R.
* doc/install.texi (Configuration): IEEE 754R -> IEEE 754-2008.
* doc/libgcc.texi (Decimal float library routines): Likewise.
