* doc/c-tree.texi, doc/cfg.texi, doc/contrib.texi, doc/cpp.texi, doc/cppopts.texi, doc/extend.texi, doc/fragments.texi, doc/frontends.texi, doc/gcov.texi, doc/hostconfig.texi, doc/implement-c.texi, doc/install.texi, doc/invoke.texi, doc/libgcc.texi, doc/md.texi, doc/passes.texi, doc/portability.texi, doc/rtl.texi, doc/sourcebuild.texi, doc/standards.texi, doc/tm.texi, doc/tree-ssa.texi, doc/trouble.texi: Correct end-of-sentence markup and markup of "etc.", "e.g." and "i.e.".
