testsuite, i386: fix split-stack test
The new test at gcc.target/i386/pr112686.c fails on darwin with:
Excess errors:
cc1: error: '-fsplit-stack' currently only supported on GNU/Linux
cc1: error: '-fsplit-stack' is not supported by this compiler configuration
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gcc.target/i386/pr112686.c: Add a requirement for split_stack.
