* cppinit.c (cpp_start_read): If -fpreprocessed, ignore
-D, -U and -A, and don't initialize the builtins.
* cppmain.c (cb_define, cb_undef): Unconditionally process
the callback.
* tradcpp.c (main): Fix typo.
