cpplib.c (do_pragma_implementation): Fix off-by-one error truncating a string.
* cpplib.c (do_pragma_implementation): Fix off-by-one error
truncating a string. Don't assume tokens are nul terminated.
Problem noted by Andreas Jaeger <aj@suse.de>
