* sparc.c, sparc.h, sparc.md: New trampoline code.
Allow integer operand 1 to V8+ DImode shift instructions.
Fix bugs in V8+ wide multiply patterns.
In 32 bit mode, split DImode register moves and logical instructions.
Write V9 branch prediction flag.
Use V9 conditional move more often for scc.
* print-rtl.c (print_rtx): Use HOST_PTR_PRINTF to print pointer.
