configure.in: Fix cross compiling math routines.

* configure.in: Fix cross compiling math routines. Correct
comments for cross compiling and limits. Add floating point math
routines found in newlib.
* configure: Regenerate.
* acconfig.h: Add macros.
* config.h.in: Regenerate.
