cppinit.c (append_include_chain): Always pay attention to cxx_aware when setting new->sysp.
* cppinit.c (append_include_chain): Always pay attention to
cxx_aware when setting new->sysp. Remove ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED
marker on argument.
