cppfiles.c (INCLUDE_LEN_FUDGE, ENOMEM): Delete.
* cppfiles.c (INCLUDE_LEN_FUDGE, ENOMEM): Delete.
(cpp_included, find_include_file): Update.
(_cpp_compare_file_date): Make else unconditional.
