cppopts.texi (-undef): Fix texinfo warning.
* doc/cppopts.texi (-undef): Fix texinfo warning.
* doc/cppopts.texi (-H): Document that -H works for PCH files too.
* cppfiles.c (validate_pch): When -H is used, print some information
about PCH files found.
