        "tst".  Update attributes on various insns.

        * mn10300/mn10300.md: Improve sign and zero extension instructions.
        (ashlsi3): Improve.  Handle address registers too.
        (add peephole): Combine two consecutive adjustments of a register
        into a single adjustment.
