xtensa.md (set_frame_ptr): Change rtl to set reg a7.
* config/xtensa/xtensa.md (set_frame_ptr): Change rtl to set reg a7.
* config/xtensa/xtensa.c (xtensa_reorg): Search for UNSPECV_SET_FP
as a SET pattern.
