config.gcc (i?86-*-darwin*): Add t-crtfm and t-crtpc.

* config.gcc (i?86-*-darwin*): Add t-crtfm and t-crtpc.
(x86_64-*-darwin*): Ditto.
* config/i386/darwin.h (CRTEND_SPEC): New. Add support
for above.
