m68k-protos.h: New file.
* m68k-protos.h: New file. * m68k.c: Include tm_p.h. Add static prototypes. Fix compile time warnings. * m68k.h: Move prototypes to m68k-protos.h. Fix compile time warnings. * mot3300.h: Likewise. From-SVN: r31358
