Describe diffutils as useful instead of necessary.

Adjust a link to our web site accordingly.
(Configuration): Fix casing of Bison.
(Specific): Avoid reference to CVS.
(Building): Refer to SVN instead of CVS.
Fix a sentence on the use of Bison and remove duplicate (and
incorrect) version number of Bison requirement.
Remove one redundant list of packages needed for building.
