install.texi (Prerequisites): Suggest building GMP...
* doc/install.texi (Prerequisites): Suggest building GMP, MPFR and
MPC as part of GCC before describing configuring with --with-gmp etc.
(Installing GCC: Configuration): --with-gmp etc. aren't needed if
sources are present.
