config.gcc (*-*-rtems*): Add t-rtems to tmake_file.

	(bfin*-rtems*): Likewise.
	(moxie-*-rtems*): Likewise.
	(h8300-*-rtems*): Likewise.
	(i[34567]86-*-rtems*): Likewise.
	(lm32-*-rtems*): Likewise.
	(m32r-*-rtems*): Likewise.
