arm.h (OPTION_DEFAULT_SPECS): Fix -mtls-dialect typo.
* config/arm/arm.h (OPTION_DEFAULT_SPECS): Fix -mtls-dialect
typo.
* config.gcc (arm*-*-linux*): Default to gnu tls.
(arm*-*-*): Add --with-tls option.
(all_defaults): Add 'tls'.
