* tree-ssa-ifcombine.c (ifcombine_ifandif): Properly canonicalize
a cond expr before calling gimple_cond_set_condition_from_tree.
(ifcombine_iforif): Likewise.
* gfortran.fortran-torture/compile/pr41654.f90: New testcase.
