(arm*-*-netbsd*, i[34567]86-*-netbsd*, m68k*-*-netbsd*)
(ns32k-*-netbsd*, sparc-*-netbsd*, vax-*-netbsd*): Set extra_parts
to "" for a.out configurations.
* config/t-netbsd (CRTSTUFF_T_CFLAGS): Set to "-fPIC".
