gnatbind.adb (Scan_Bind_Arg): Replace error by warning on -M and native platforms.
* gnatbind.adb (Scan_Bind_Arg): Replace error by warning on -M and
native platforms.
(Gnatbind): Do not call Exit_Program (E_Success) at the end, so that
finalization can occur normally.
