config.gcc: Remove obsolete targets "arm*-*-linuxoldld" and "armv2-*-linux".

* config.gcc: Remove obsolete targets "arm*-*-linuxoldld" and
"armv2-*-linux".
* config/arm/linux-elf.h: Remove historical relics related to
above configurations.
* config/arm/linux-oldld.h: Delete.
* config/arm/linux-elf26.h: Delete.
