Makefile.in (tree-into-ssa.o, [...]): Depend on vecprim.h.
* Makefile.in (tree-into-ssa.o, tree-outof-ssa.o,
tree-ssa-live.o, tree-ssa-alias.o, function.o, df-problems.o,
global.o, cfglayout.o, lambda-code.o, reg-stack.o,
build/genextract.o): Depend on vecprim.h.
* cfglayout.c, df-problems.c, function.c, genextract.c,
global.c, lambda-code.c, reg-stack.c, tree-into-ssa.c,
tree-outof-ssa.c, tree-ssa-alias.c, tree-ssa-live.c: Include
vecprim.h.
* vecprim.h: New.
