[RS6000] movdi_internal64 insn lengths
Fixes alternatives wi<-Oj (xxlxor), wi<-wM (xxlorc) and wv<-wS
(xxsltib+extend).
* config/rs6000/rs6000.md (movdi_internal64): Correct lengths.
