i386: Emulate MMX ssse3_pmaddubsw with SSE
Emulate MMX ssse3_pmaddubsw with SSE. Only SSE register source operand
is allowed.

* config/i386/sse.md (ssse3_pmaddubsw): Add SSE emulation.
