        from is_public.
        * ginclude/stddef.h (offsetof): Use __builtin_offsetof.
        * doc/extend.texi (Offsetof): Move from C++ section to C section
        and rewrite for __builtin_offsetof.

        * lex.c (reswords): Rename "__offsetof" to "__builtin_offsetof".
