mips.c (mips_va_arg): If EABI_FLOAT_VARARGS_P...
* config/mips/mips.c (mips_va_arg): If EABI_FLOAT_VARARGS_P,
expect SFmode and DFmode arguments to be passed in FPRs,
regardless of the underlying type.
