real.c (cmp_significand_0, [...]): New.
* real.c (cmp_significand_0, rtd_divmod, ten_to_mptwo): New.
(real_to_decimal): Re-implement using the logic from the
gcc 3.2 etoasc. Comment heavily.
(div_significands): Simplify loop startup and comparison logic.
