ecos.exp (gcsec-1.c): Check the version of the ld on the host, not on the build machine.
* gcc.dg/special/ecos.exp (gcsec-1.c): Check the version
of the ld on the host, not on the build machine.
Also, don't crash if '--help' is not a supported option.
