cfgloopanal.c: New file.

* basic-block.h (BB_IRREDUCIBLE_LOOP, BB_SUPERBLOCK): New flags.
(VLS_EXPECT_PREHEADERS, VLS_EXPECT_SIMPLE_LATCHES): Removed.
