lang-specs.h: Pass -gnatwa if -Wall is passed.
* lang-specs.h: Pass -gnatwa if -Wall is passed.
* misc.c (gnat_handle_option) <OPT_Wall>: Expand into -Wunused
and -Wuninitialized.
(gnat_post_options): Clear warn_unused_parameter.
