	* a-except.adb (Unwind_RaiseException): Import a GNAT specific
	wrapper, which name remains constant whatever underlying GCC
	scheme.

	* raise.c (__gnat_Unwind_RaiseException): New wrappers, providing
	the stable interface needed for a-except.
